Politics:

“I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you’re feelin’ inside right now,” Kanye sang. He then said, “The blacks want always Democrats. You know, it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.”

Make America Great Again

“It’s so many times that I talk to like, a white person about this, and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well if I was concerned about racism, I would have moved out of America a long time ago. We don’t just make our decisions off of racism. I’ma break it down to you right now. If someone inspires me and I connect with them, I don’t have to believe in all they policies,” the rapper said.

He noted his intent to run for office himself in 2020 and said, “We need to have a dialogue and not a diatribe.”
