The Serena Williams incident that made everyone forget about a historical moment.
Williams was gunning for her 24th win and would have tied the all-time record for the most Grand Slam singles tournament wins in history. And Osaka was hoping to be the first Japanese player in history to win a Grand Slam so the match was guaranteed to make history no matter what.
Osaka became the first ever Japanese person to win a singles Grand Slam title. But, it was Serena who made all the headlines. Serena Williams had an altercation with the umpire, Carlos Ramos, which overshadowed Naomi’s win.
Umpire Carlos Ramos charged Williams with three code violations. By the end of the match, Serena had busted her racket, called the umpire a thief, and received two scoring penalties.
Due to all of this Naomi Osaka was denied a chance to defeat Williams on her own terms.
Sam Smith is coming to SA!

Hailey dismissed the reports. However, according to TMZ, Justin’s friend Josh Mehl was a witness at their wedding ceremony on September 13, which was officiated by preacher Jeffrey Quinn. The couple was spotted at a marriage license courthouse in New York City.
Kanye / Ye
The rapper was roasted for his comments about President Trump during an SNL promo and for later tweeting that the 13th Amendment should be abolished.
The amendment abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime for which someone had been convicted.
He wrote on Twitter while wearing a MAGA that, “This represents good and America becoming whole again.”
On top of that, Ye promised us an album titled ‘Yandhi’ which was never released.
Lil Wayne releases highly anticipated album ‘Tha Carter V’. We’ve been waiting for the release of this album since 2011.
The release took forever due to some legal issues but Wayne finally released the album this September.
